I took my girls 11 and 9 yrs to the dentist today. My girls are petrified of the dentist (bad experiences) They were very scared, very anxious and very tearful on arrival. All I can say is wow. The new dentist they have Ravi was amazing and I mean amazing with my girls as was the dental nurse (I am sorry I can't remember her name 😞 ) I have never had a dentist be so kind, so respectful, so carring, understanding and relaxing. He explained everything to them every step of the way and showed them every tool he was using before hand and explained what it was so they would not be frightened I would just like to say a huge thank you to every one this includes the receptionists as well. By the end of our visit my girls had smiles and giggles and had our next appointment booked before we left. ~ Yolanda M

I went to see dentist John Mason on Wednesday 26th June with my two children. He is the kindest, most gentle man especially as my son was extremely nervous. He put him at ease, reassured him throughout the appointment. His nurse Jenny was wonderful and they both made the experience enjoyable (for a dentist appointment). They were professional and the room is impeccably clean and state of the art. We had the same experience in reception when we were greeted by both reception staff and rebooking for future appointments was very easy. They were both kind, friendly and very helpful. The whole practice was clean, inviting and very aesthetic. I can’t thank them all enough. Well done to all the owners and staff. ~ Gemma P

I had not seen a dentist for about 5 years due to fear. But I got to a point where I had to face my fears. I saw Radu for a check up, and as suspected I needed quite a bit of treatment. I had my first treatment today. Radu was amazing, explained everything he was doing, kept checking I was ok throughout and really put me at ease to the point that I am not dreading my next appointment. If you are a nervous patient then I cannot recommend this surgery highly enough. All the staff are excellent, a warm welcome from reception, friendly dental nurse and an excellent caring dentist. I hope this review helps other nervous patients, if you are afraid of the dentist this practice is the place to go. ~ Helen L

Unfortunately I hadn't been able to visit my dentist for a while, mainly due to Covid restrictions. I walked in yesterday to make an appointment, only to find that I was no longer a client as I had not been for 2 years. However, the lovely receptionist was so understanding and although she could not make any promises, she said that she would talk to the manager about my situation & get back to me ASAP. I was so delighted when Claire phoned to say that I was back on the list & she was then able to make appointments for a check up & also for me to see the hygienist. I had a wisdom tooth removed on 24th March. The surgery was clean and well maintained, with access to a loo and parking outside (1 hour bays). The reception staff were helpful and friendly both before and after the procedure. The dentist and his assistant were excellent, talking me through the procedure in advance, keeping me nice and calm beforehand and giving useful advice and guidance on what to do afterwards. Not a pleasant thing to have done, but made as bearable as possible by the great staff and dentist. Thank you! ~ Paul V

Mr Mason has been my dentist my entire life. He goes above and beyond and I feel whole heartedly I can trust him completely with my teeth. He’s informative and listens to what’s being said. The nurses are amazing and all lovely and the reception team are also brilliant. Overall an amazing dentist and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. Even when things arnt straight forward the team always tries their hardest. After 34 years of being a patient I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much ~ Jodie S

Having been a patient for many years and always had good service I have to say a massive thank you for the service and treatment received today , I was in dreadful pain and although I hadn’t been to the practice lately they arranged an emergency appointment within an hour of my calling and the problem was dealt with sympathetically (I am an extremely nervous patient) and professionally. We needed to see a clinician unexpectedly. The receptionist was kind and extremely well informed, so could support a worrying parent. She booked us in for first thing the following day. The clinician was kind, efficient and very clear in explaining the issue. She saw us again within the hour and resolved it by the end of the morning. I could not rate the staff at this practice any higher, exceptional service as well as being kind, thoughtful and supportive. Thank you. ~ Jen M

My partner had his first dental appointment here today after not seeing a dentist for a while. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist named Lucy. Lucy was friendly, polite and made sure we knew of all the things they can offer to benefit us, such as payment plans. The dentist we saw was amazing, patient and thorough with the new patient dental examination and went through a treatment plan with us in all the details. 10/10 service! :) ~ Freya H

I’m not a patient at the practice but they still gave me an emergency appt on the day I phoned with a split back tooth and lots of pain. All the staff were friendly and courteous and my dentist was wonderful. Extremely reassuring, gentle and professional. I’m a nervous dental patient but she immediately put me at ease and continually checked to make sure I was ok. I don’t hesitate to recommend! ~ Sammy D

I am a patient at this surgery and i rang in at 2.15 to get a appointment and I was able to been seen at 3.40, very friendly staff, as always, was in pain with a tooth, it was removed with no discomft at all by radu who I see all the time, very gentle. Brilliant dentist who fit me in for an emergency app when no other dentist would help. Staff were really friendly, I am terrified of the dentist so going with toothache when heavily pregnant I was very nervous but the staff and dentist were so kind and took their time and explained everything to me clearly. I was seen within minutes of arriving, very clean and hygienic practice. ~ Madison H

Really lovely dentist. It is relatively new to us but each time my children are seen, the staff have been friendly and very thorough. Also, explaining things clearly to them after they have been seen. Reception staff have always been accomadating, especially when trying to make appointments around the children's school day. Very good service, was so pleased that reception phoned to remind me, as I'm had forgotten, something that I never do. A new Hygienist, very pleasant and efficient, pain free and given a clean bill of dental health. So pleased to see this dentist up and running properly again. My experience with Mr Milea was very positive. He was very calm and explained everything step by step throughout my procedure. He took his time and nothing was rushed. I am a very anxious patient and have always been made to feel very much at ease. My Dentist allows for my feelings and does all she can to support me during my treatments. I would throughly recommend this practice from reception, hygienist and dentist. All very professional and will put you at ease if you are a nervous patient.
